"Refund got sorted out fast"
I had a problem with my order and reached out about getting a refund . They replied sooner than I expected and took care of it without any hassle . Honestly , I really appreciated how easy they made it

"Decent catering, but the wait was annoying"
We ordered Luna Grill for an office lunch, and the food itself was fine. Nothing amazing, but everyone had enough to eat and the portions were decent. The frustrating part was having to wait because the pickup wasn’t ready on time, which kind of threw off our schedule. Then we realized a few sauces were missing too. Overall, it was okay, but I really wish the whole thing had been more organized

"and the hours fit my schedule well"
and I mostly went on lunagrill.com just to check the hours, which ended up being really easy. I found what I needed right away without having to click around forever or wonder if the info was current.

The hours work well for me, especially when I’m trying to grab dinner after work. It’s nice not having to call the place just to make sure they’re open. Simple thing, but definitely helpful

"Plenty of Options for Everyone"
I really like that Luna Grill has so many choices, you know? It’s not just the same thing every time. They’ve got wraps, plates, bowls, salads, and a bunch of different sides, so when my family can’t agree on what to eat, it actually makes things easier. I can pretty much always find something that sounds good, which is kind of what you want, right?

"Shockingly Smooth Online Order"
I ordered dinner on lunagrill.com it was almost suspiciously easy. The menu loaded fast, checkout didn’t throw any dramatic nonsense at me, and being able to choose my pickup time felt like a tiny victory in the chaos of dinner plans.

When I got there, the food was ready, the order was correct, and yes, even the extra sauce made it into the bag like a true hero. It’s such a simple thing, but when everything just works, it feels borderline miraculous

I really loved the vibe here! The place was clean, cozy, and not too loud, which made it such an easy spot to sit down, eat, and actually relax without feeling rushed. The lighting was really nice too and gave the whole place a calm, welcoming feel, perfect after a long day. "Easy dinner after soccer"
After soccer, I took my family here, easy it was in the best way. The staff was really patient with my kids, the food came out quick, and nobody made us feel like we had to hurry up. For a simple family dinner, it’s a really nice spot.

"Surprisingly good healthy options"
I usually expect healthy food to be kind of bland or disappointing, so I was ready to not be impressed. But there were a lot of healthier options, and most of what I tried actually tasted good. I’m still a little skeptical because places like this can be hit or miss, but this was better than I expected.

I ordered Luna Grill for lunch and, everything tasted really fresh. Like, the salad was crisp and the grilled chicken was nicely done, and nothing had that weird soggy or sitting-around-too-long feel, you know?

I’ve ordered from Luna Grill a few times now, it’s been a solid choice every time. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve tried lately, the portions are actually decent, the food tastes fresh, and I don’t leave feeling like I paid too much for what I got. That’s getting harder to find these days. I’d definitely order from them again.

I had a small issue with my order on lunagrill.com and wasn’t totally sure how long it would take to hear back from someone.
I reached out to support, and they replied the same day, which I appreciated. They were friendly and got the problem sorted without turning it into a big hassle.
It wasn’t a perfect order experience since there was an issue in the first place, but the way they handled it was solid. I’d feel comfortable ordering again...

"Easy weeknight go-to"
I order from Luna Grill regularly, and it’s been reliable. Pickup is usually ready when they say it will be, and delivery has been good too, food still warm and nothing missing so far. It just makes weeknight dinner way easier when I don’t feel like dealing with all that
